The location was unbeatable, close enough to enjoy the area using public transport! Also, the hotel was 4 miles away from Kart City Ltd. The breakfast at the place was very tasty and top for vegetarians.

I will be back, loved its location. It's spotless hotel nestled in an Edwardian style building in the local area. Affable, very welcoming staff, thanks a lot for treating me so well👌❤

The breakfast was hot and savoury with plentiful fresh and fresh coffee or tea, for example, had everything you could want. The management was fabulously helpful and very friendly, as well as the stuff.

Lovely area, great and incredible location, next to the cliff top and Southbourne shops, shops, public transport as well as family, and Southbourne's sandy beaches. Unique, airy rooms with good facilities...

The homemade desserts were a sweet touch, really making my day after explorin' the coast! Plus, the breakfast was a proper feast, cooked fresh just for me. Such a stylish room with all the mod cons and great service too!
Couldn't grab a spot in the parking lot, so lugging my bags back from the street felt a bit dodgy at night. It didn't put a damper on my fab stay!

beautiful period home, spacious rooms, close beach access
The parking situation could use clearer instructions!!! The bathing facilities are cramped with low water pressure, rather disappointing considering the hotel's potential!!!

Good hotel with free wi-fi, tv, and express check-in. I fondly remember the staff helping me with a cold drink during my first stay. I highly recommend it and plan to return for a weekend!

Amazing, amazing, amazing.
We felt at home! Our host was good, and those little cakes waiting for us in our clean, airy room? Yes, please! Every morning started with a scrumptious breakfast and fresh fruit that prepared us for our beach adventure just steps away.
100% recommend 🥰🌟

The room was huge and really comfy, with a cozy vibe. Lots of storage space, a nice surprise. It was super quiet at night too. Plus, I loved the big bath in the bathroom! Everything was nothing messy, and the decor was really charming. A cool spot to just relax after a long day.
